How long does it take to get an email account set up?
Normally an email account can be set up within minutes. Since all email account are handled on a prepaid basis as soon as payment is received the account will be set up. When requesting an email please list a least 1 alternate name. We do allow our email users to have access to change their passwords, unlike some other providers.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Since all payments are made in advance of service if payment is not made within 10 days of service date your account is subject to deactivation. Normally this will not happen unless payment is late more than twice. If payment is more than 25 days late the account will be deactivated, and there will be an additional fee to reactivate. This fee is basically equal to one months fee plus any past due amounts, or $15.00 whichever is larger.
